Four sample rebuilds: a clinic, a law firm, a hotel, a restaurant. The left side is how sites in these categories actually ship today; every broken pattern comes from the 64 real Indian business sites I scanned and published. The right side is the same business after the audit's fixes. Under each screen: what a crawler actually reads there.
Honesty note: the four businesses below are fictional samples (that's why the domains end in .example) and the photos are placeholders, not client work. The broken patterns are real: each is documented in the published law firm index and clinic index. No real business is shown here without consent, ever.
$The clinic
From the clinic index: good dentistry, invisible website. 11% of scanned clinics publish no structured data, and they hold the lowest scores in the sample.

a crawler reads:✓ name + service + locality title✓ services as HTML text✓ Dentist schema + FAQ markup✓ answer-first H1
what actually changed
Title tag went from "Home" to name + service + locality: the single most-read line of any site.
Services left the banner image and became HTML. An AI can now quote the root canal, the implants, the pricing policy.
Dentist-typed JSON-LD with locality and FAQ markup: the machine-readable version of who, where, what.
The H1 answers first. "Welcome to our website" tells a machine nothing; "Root canals, implants, and braces in Indiranagar" is the whole pitch in one line.
evidence: in the published clinic index (n=35), sites without structured data scored a median of 54/100; with it, 88. see every score
$The law firm
From the law index: 93% of scanned firms carry no LegalService or Attorney schema, so answer engines guess. Under BCI Rule 36, facts are permitted where promotion isn't, which makes machine-readable facts the whole game.

what actually changed
LegalService JSON-LD declaring practice areas, city, and people: the schema type 93% of scanned firms are missing.
Practice areas became visible HTML text instead of a JavaScript dropdown crawlers never open.
The prose stopped being wallpaper. "Full service, seamless solutions" describes every firm in India; "Disputes, arbitration, employment. Mumbai." describes exactly one.
Everything added is a fact, the conservative reading of Rule 36. No superlatives needed anywhere.
evidence: in the published law index (n=29), firms with structured data scored a median of 89/100; without, 55. see every firm
$The hotel
From the hotels writeup: AI travel answers cite OTAs, not hotel sites, because the OTA publishes structured comparable facts and the hotel publishes a slider and a widget.

a crawler reads:✓ rooms + real rates in HTML✓ Hotel schema: address, check-in, amenities✓ the facts an AI itinerary needs
what actually changed
Rooms, rates, and facts moved into HTML. The booking widget still exists; it stopped being the only place inventory lives.
Hotel-typed JSON-LD with address, geo, check-in, and amenities: the exact fields OTAs publish, which is why OTAs get cited.
The H1 carries the three facts every traveler asks first: what it is, how big, where.
"Direct rates beat the OTAs" now exists in text, giving an answer engine a reason to send the booking direct.
evidence: mechanism documented in the hotels writeup; index scan in progress. read why OTAs win
$The restaurant
From the restaurants writeup: most menus are images, PDFs, or JS widgets. Ask an AI "best dosa near HSR" and it cites Zomato, because Zomato publishes the menu as text and the restaurant publishes a photo of it.

a crawler reads:✓ menu as HTML with prices✓ hours in text and schema✓ Restaurant schema: cuisine, price range, area
what actually changed
The menu became HTML with prices. "Benne masala dosa, Rs 140" is now a fact an answer engine can repeat; MENU.pdf never was.
Hours left the chalkboard photo and went into text and schema, so "open now?" resolves correctly.
Restaurant-typed JSON-LD with cuisine, price range, and locality: the same fields the aggregators publish, minus the commission.
evidence: the menu mechanism is documented in the restaurants writeup; the restaurant index scan is planned. read the menu problem

The AI Visibility Audit · founding-client rate
Your site, rebuilt on paper. You ship it, or I do.
Not a generic report. A page-by-page fix plan like the four above, but for your real site: what a machine can't read today, the exact schema written for you, the copy restructured answer-first, and the reasoning behind every change so any developer can implement it.

Find-it-or-it's-free: if the audit doesn't surface at least 10 specific, high-leverage fixes you didn't already know about, you pay nothing.
I run this part-time: 3 audit slots a month, and the first 5 clients hold the $300 founding rate.
You send the URLWhatsApp or email, one line about what you want more of. Takes a minute.
3 fixes, free, firstI look and reply with the three highest-leverage changes I'd make. No cost, no obligation: you'll know immediately if this is real.
Then we decideIf the free three were worth having, the audit finds the other twenty. If they weren't, we part friends.
Not ready to talk to anyone? Run your site through the free Report Card first: score out of 100, ranked fixes, ten seconds, nothing stored. If it comes back clean, you genuinely don't need me.
Sample rebuilds use fictional businesses and placeholder photography; every broken pattern shown is documented across the 64 real sites in the published indexes.
